Our tiny babies are cared for in a cosy, bright and stimulating room. The room has lots of equipment and resources to encourage lots of physical development from reaching, grasping, waving, releasing, crawling, rolling, sitting, walking and tummy time.
In Snowdrops we also focus on creating an environment which invites the babies to explore through our sensory area with lots of mirrors, natural resources, various textures and equipment that make sounds.
It is important for babies to feel secure and our staff are aware of the importance of attachment in relationships.
We assign a special key person to your child, and they spend a lot of one to one time with them. When that key person is absent we ensure that they are replaced with another key person that they know and feel happy with.
Staff ratios in Snowdrops are 1:3.
