Poppies are our Pre-school children. Their room is large and spacious and well equipped to enable all opportunities for your child’s learning and development. The walls showcase the children’s work which reflects on the children’s learning and topics covered.

The children enjoy using our digital table computer. We have a wide variety of software which enhances the child’s learning and understanding of technology. Our Nursery Practitioners create dance sessions once a week to help children express themselves through music and movement.

Children in this room are making good relationships and so lots of activities and games that require collaboration are provided.

Staff ratios in poppies are 1:8

A nursery education grant is available to all 3 year old’s from the first school term following their third birthday. A nursery education grant provides up to 15 hours per week free nursery education. We also accommodate the new education grant up to 30 hours per week. Please ask for further information.
